I posted online 3 days ago. In that time we are down to the last 3 plots for sale. This is prime land in Ban Chang, a small town 50KMs from Pattaya and 25km to Rayong City. This land is 2 mins to the beach, 1 minute from Garden International School and 8 mins to Tesco Lotus. Plots are 800,000 a Rai! I have personally bought there as the land is fantastic. We plan to stock the small lake with some 'monsters' and have some communal areas/decks for picnics and fishing. Just behind, on the King's river my client plans to build some bungalows and a small shop/restaurant. Absoultely idyllic in every way and a great price. We can arrange land transfer for farrang as well as building to any spec. We also have a number of brand new bungalows for sale, two of which are a minute's walk from Pala beach.
